He found a perfect Medicare Advantage plan for my husband and me when we moved to Iowa a year ago and then helped us navigate through the process when it looked like our Aetna plan possibly would drop coverage with MercyOne. Derek was there with constant reassurance everything would work out and it did!! Love our plan and love working with Derek.
